“Nice trousers but the fit wasn't right for me. The waist was fine but I found the legs were just to big and wide for me which is why I had to return them.”

“These are a completely different size from the size 12 I'd ordered and was very pleased with, a few months ago. I asked to be sent the smaller size and have been told I have to wait until the end of December. That's over 2 months away! It would have left a nicer impression if you had refunded my money and emailed me when the smaller size was back in stock.”
