“Country Collection themselves were very good at email communication and dispatch. However, it took 4 days from receiving the Country Collection “your order has been dispatched” to receiving the Royal Mail “we’ve got your package” - it then took Royal Mail 4 days to deliver a “tracked 48h” package and as a result it missed someone’s birthday and had to be delivered late.”
