“I ordered a mat with stubbly rubber dots on top as in picture in a cream/beige colour as in picture. You sent me a whitey/grey mat flat on top punctured by regular holes. I needed the mat urgently and so could not return it. Your pictures and description should match what is sent to the customer.”

“I needed this product but it was going to take a long time to deliver. I therefore rang and asked you to cancel this part of the order. However you obviously didn't cancel it because it has arrived here now after some weeks. I shall have to return it.”
