“I purchased these corduroy trousers (size 14) some months ago but they were not in stock; I was happy to wait for them and they arrived a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately they were a little too big and I then ordered the size 12 for comparison. This second pair has now arrived and fit very well. I returned the size 14 trousers to you yesterday. I am more than happy with your Customer Service, thank you.”

“I have bought these trousers before and have been very happy with them. However, this pair do not fit properly. I bought the same size and the same leg length but now there is a lot of material around the hips. When I rang your company to enquire about this, I was told that you had changed the cut. I have returned the trousers and asked for a refund. Most disappointing. I shall have to look elsewhere for corduroy trousers now.”

“I am very pleased with these trousers although I had considered them expensive when I decided to buy after much mulling over. However the fit and quality was better than expectation. They are warm and of good quality and tailoring for me.”
