“Unfortunately, the basket was smaller and more flimsy than one I was trying to replace. A long handled basket makes an excellent receptacle for clothes pegs but my old one has a double twisted handle. The new one, just single, and I am afraid it split a little when I hung it on the corner of my airer. Clearly I am not using it for its intended purpose, so I am not complaining or sending it back! It is pretty enough, just not as robust or large as I had imagined. I have reinforced the handle and it is fine.”
