“The sofa itself is well made and reasonably sturdy. The reason for 4 stars was the amount of time it took. We ordered in July - it finally arrived in October after originally being given a shipping time of 6 weeks. We chased delivery rather than being updated on the situation from Cost Cutters UK so slightly disappointed on that front (although the customer services team were always lovely when we phoned and immediately got the ever changing potential delivery date) But all good so far”
