“According to the packet they are packed with 40 or so ingredients. The initial smell is that of iron and they look like a highly-compressed veggie burger. They are reasonably easy to swallow - whether they are ultimately beneficent I have no way of telling! I'll finish the packet.”
“They smell of Horlicks which can be a good things if you like that but it is a strong smell. They were a little too big for my preference. Didn’t really see any benefits from takings these for a month.”
