“Mine is called 3-in1, not Hair Strengthening. However, I like it. My only grumble is its flow from the bottle. There needs to be either a smaller aperture or a flow regulator to prevent so much coming out once you’ve got your handful. I will continue to buy it but would like that adjustment.”
