“The handle had a weight, that was firm with a certain ruggedness. This was re-assuring, not at all like other flimsy models. After lathering up and beginning the shave, you could hear the "flicker wicker" of the blade smoothly gliding over the face and the high precision blades cutting through the stubble. End result a very satisfying close shave. The Cornerstone of my day.”

“I switched from another manufacturers 'Fusion' 5 bladed razor system when I realised I felt abused buying 5 packs blades at £20+. Having investigated in years past and found blades lacking with other vendors its taken me ages to look at alternatives again. I'm so glad I did. Important bit first, blades - I'm one week in, have shaved maybe 5 times and the first blade is still making my face feel smoother than i've ever had before. On top of this the lube strip on this first blade is still going strong (massively important for the smoothest shave. (I've thrown away more blades because the lube strip was 'over' and now catching, than because the blades felt worn). The razor handle is sort of smart. Shiny chrome like finish with an embossed strip up the front and a thumb grip section on the back. Balanced very nicely with a stem that tapers out so the blades don't weigh down the business end. This also gives a flat, heavy bottom end so the razor stands up (on a flat surface) on its own. Also provided is a hygienic blade cover for the fitted blade, and the handle is etched with custom initials (which is nice) This is a short term, early days review. Longer term use is looking promising.”
