It's a real shame to hear the scrub hasn't provided any benefit for you just yet Tim - it's made with volcanic sand to help release ingrown hairs, reduce shaving spots, unblock pores and lift dead skin cells. We do recommend using it with a hot wash or shower, to give the best preparation for your shave. Hope that helps!
