“i like the company and are quick to get parts out and update the process but no on two accasions with this product i have been let down the lok prep was not a good date expired in april 2025 (should be atleast a 1 to 2yr life) was only purchased mid jan 2025 contacted them as the last one sent i purchassed was out of date but they did replace this free of charge. this time they wanted it returned so they could refund me as they have none in stock but im still waiting for a returns label to post back not at my cost.”
