I ordered the flex pipe with the 4kw 12000btu DESIGNER Air Conditioning unit as I didn't fancy bending the copper pipe supplied by hand. You can't use a pipe bending tool really as the pipe is imperial so if you use a pipe bender, you'll crush/kink the pipe. The flex pipe does exactly what it says on the tin, flexible pipe that you would struggle to break and it made my install really simple and easily reduced my install time. Its a good idea to get a decent measurement of the amount of pipe you need to ensure you don't have a lot left you have to coil up. I would highly recommend the flex pipe and the cooleasy team!
