“The air conditioning unit has yet to be fitted, hence only 4 stars. The service, however, by Cooleasy has been excellent. They were extremely helpful on the telephone and were happy to answer the numerous questions both I and the person who will be fitting the unit raised with them.”

“The unit arrived in good time and in good, clean and new condition without any physical damage. Its hasn't yet been installed so I cannot confirm that it's been supplied in a fully operational condition. Hence only the 'Good' review.”

“Bought this for a 4x3 conservatory, fitted just in time for the recent cold snap, it coped admirably in heating mode with sub zero temperatures outside 22degrees inside effortlessly. Fitting is pretty straight forward -you need at least an 850w drill for the vent holes. Stylish unit , looks good and is quiet. Neil and his team at cooleasy could not have been more helpful. “I have two of these units, one in the living room and one upstairs in the main bedroom. I have now been using them for 6 months and find them to be not only efficient at heating and cooling the entire flat, they are also very quiet and energy efficient. A great alternative to split air conditioning units as no outdoor unit needed.”
