“Amazing unit, super cool. Very quick delivery and everything as expected. Two notes: you'll need a hacksaw to cut the window part for the vent; and you'll need to open the vents at the front of the unit. This AC cools the room instantly! I'm using it in a very large room and it could actually cool more than just the room. It was easy to set up (about 5 minutes and another 5 to cut the window part). This is my first portable AC unit, so I don't know how to compare it to others. It is of course loud, but it actually helps me sleep. I imagine it could be much louder. One advantage is that you don't hear the compressor cutting on and off like I've heard you do on other units. It is somewhat heavy but not heavy enough that I can't take it downstairs during the day and use it when I work from home. (If you do this make sure your windows are the same size, otherwise you'll need 2 different window things). Highly recommended!”

“Non intrusive, fast cooling and extremely mobile. Very efficient, nice looking modern unit-not your typical bulky mobile air conditioning unit. Only criticism would be the colour of the extractor pipe, possibly better in white so blends in with the unit better but other than that faultless”
