Works great as a heater and very economical to use. Not used for cooling yet. Item is not self install, you need a professional installer for the items gas to be correct for the site position and for it to work 100% correctly. Overall great item, would recommend.

Great product and easy to setup. Cooleasy were helpful in answering all my pre-purchase questions. Quick and fast service and delivery. Our cold, damp conservatory is now a great liveable space even in the colder months.

We recently completed (almost completed!) a project to build a 48m2 annex on the side of our house for occasional use. Initially we went for standard electric radiators, because extending the central heating wasn't aesthetically viable and we weren't sure whether the boiler could take it. Thanks to an electricity smart meter, we soon found out that keeping the annex at around 12 degrees, just to avoid condensation, was costing us about 15p an hour in electricity. And that was when the outside temperatures were averaging around 7 degrees. After lots of research we decided to get this air source heat pump to try and reduce heating costs and I'm pleased to say it looking to be a smart move. Installation took the best part of a day, and included drilling a 65mm hole in the wall for the pipes and cables, mounting both the interior and exterior units on wall brackets and also putting in an external power source, as we were retro-fitting the unit and hadn't make allowances for electrical cables inside the building. We switched it on and, after a few minutes, it started doing what it's supposed to do and pumped out surprisingly warm air. The minimum heat setting is 16 degrees, which actually heats the room to about 18 degrees. The smart meter has reliably informed me that we've reduced the cost of heating the annex substantially down to below 4p an hour, which means that the unit would've paid for itself after two cold seasons. Happy days!

I have just installed the air conditioning unit to replace a similar unit that had finally failed. Having seen the very reasonably priced Cooleasy units on their web site I decided to call them to ask a few questions, I was pleased with the assistance and help I received from the team. I can't recall the young ladies name who I spoke to, but, because she couldn't answer one of my questions and the engineer was out of the office she took my phone number. Neil rang me and I was so impressed with the advice I ordered the unit. The installation was simplicity itself, just make sure you follow the set up instructions to the letter and you will have no problems. At last a room we can use again after all the high temperatures during the day and chilly evenings. My thanks to all the staff at Cooleasy

I fitted the unit w/e of 9/10 Apr whilst visiting relations up north. Biggest worry was uncoiling the pipes but eventually worked out ok. Unit seems to work perfectly so mother is very happy with it. Thanks again for all your help.

I bought this item about two weeks ago & have fitted it in my conservatory myself. The instructions are comprehensive as it is important you join the pipe work & remove the air to a set sequence. I took my time & the unit has been working fine. If you have reasonable DIY skills you should be fine. It looks great with it's black face & is really easy to use & warms/cools the room quickly. Great product at a competitive price with helpful staff assistance if you have any queries
