Pro: Very nice product, excellent sound quality. Very well built. Easy setup per SMS, ready to go in just 5 minutes. Cons: no nameplate holder; full covering recommended to add names on the buttons.

Hi Luc, thanks for the feedback. Regarding the name plates. Our units are vandalproof. Therefore we laser etch names / numbers above the buttons to maintain the vandal proof rating. With nameplates, the intercom can be damaged therefore it's not vandalproof. Re support pages, I uploaded a screenshot of our support page. It's a help link in the bottom right corner of our website. This generates a support ticket and we respond 7 days a week. This, we find, is the most efficient way of providing the answer fast. We are building a 'self service' help centre now in any case.
