“Price was very good, however did take a long time on the phone with their colleague who struggled to check all the information I have provided online. Was a little bit peeved that after probably 40 minutes on the phone she then proceeded to try and sell me other insurance. I guess business is business. Haven’t made a claim so wouldn’t know how they are when it really matters. Certainly price was highly competitive.”
“Overall good with best price but very hard to get through to on the phone and unlike some are closed Sundays took me around 4 hours over 2 days to sort out a error on the cue database due to a fraudulent accident claim something insurer should have attempted to do for me in my opinion.”
