“after taking the insurance out i was asked my text message to contact them to validate my policy. each time i try to call i cannot get through. buying insurance should be straight forward and of no inconvenience to the buyer. have emailed them to ask them to contact me and got no reply. poor service. god help me if i have to claim!”
