“They’re not the cheapest, & when I tried to cancel it after 12 hours when I realised this, they wanted to charge me £49, when in reality they hadn’t done anything, as the start date was 2 weeks away!
Added to that, you can’t contact them by phone, only an online chat, very frustrating, so what could have been maybe a 15 minutes conversation, turned into over an hour on an online chat! Ridiculous!
Would never recommend them to anyone!”
