“This is even worse. VanSure are taking the mick out of me. Trying to charge me hundreds of pounds of 23 hours of cover when I didn’t even drive the van. A mistake on YOUR website led to somehow the incorrect details begin forwarded onto this new policy. I am in no way paying hundreds of pounds for nothing. VanSure then we’re kind enough to require me for the simple change from ***7*** to ***2***. It’s a complete joke and borderline a scam. Trying to charge me 300+ for someone else’s mistake, I don’t know how this happened. I have taken out another policy which cost less than £8 more for the vehicle.”
