“When i got the insurance i was told everything is in place and due to thelockdown nothing else needed to be done but 3 weeks later my policy was cancelled and the reason stated was failure to submit further information - no one answers the phone all you get is a messaging stating that due to covid 19 no calls are being accepted. So how do we communicate”
