“Not impressed so far. I have been contacted by Motorvision to clarify information which made no difference to the premium but has cost me a service charge of £25 to make the clerical change.
The day after I have now been contacted by Motorvision saying they want to see all of the renewal documentation from my current insurer and the official NCB certificate.
I can honestly say that I've never been asked to produce either of these by any previous motor insurer.
If this is what it's like after just two days, I really hope I don't need to make a claim in the next 12 months!”
