“I found that it was difficult to use the Internet as my new car’s registration could not be found. That problem was easily rectified over the phone. Unfortunately I was not able to collect the new car when I had expected so needed to insure my old car for a further 2 days for which I was charged far more than I expected especially as I was not driving the new one.”
