I found that it was difficult to use the Internet as my new car’s registration could not be found. That problem was easily rectified over the phone. Unfortunately I was not able to collect the new car when I had expected so needed to insure my old car for a further 2 days for which I was charged far more than I expected especially as I was not driving the new one.

They seem to make a very minor claim I have against another motorist, which their insurer accepted full responsibility for, very complicated, and seemed to be doing their best to bump the claim up, which I consider very unnecessary, and the reason premiums tend to always increase.

After a few days of setting up the policy I received my documents and confirmation that they had already obtained proof of my no claims bonus.
