“It's not good as they put up monthly payments, as they said I put the wrong date of an accident I had in December 2015 saying I put January 2018 which until I brought this car I had not had a car since 2016, if you look at your records of my inquiry into car insurance I put 2015 I know I didn't get the exact date right but I'm sure I put the right month and year, in my honest opinion they are corrupt and must work on some kind of bonus for this type of behaviour, as now knowing I've only had the one accident and not two as there reason for putting up my insurance, they say there are not sure my insurance will come down or if it dose then the money I've paid extra over that time my not be refunded, I applaud you to remove their services from your website as I believe they would do this to more of your customers and putting your good name in the toilet. Please also if you could send me a copy of my inquiry into car insurance from yourself to these people then it would be of great help to me. I've also got a copy of the telephone conversation between myself and 1st central.”
