“Insured my car without registration, which is illegal, refused to give money back, and asked to pay cancellation fee. Still keeps calling as collections department is not updated yet (after 6 months :)), and keeps asking for money, when told them to call their customer services told me that its not their job and i have to do that. Called couple days ago, and said will close the case after told them that I will just call FCA or Police to deal with them, as I just had operation and have no energy to deal with it. Overall, probably one of the worst companies ever - strongly not recommend.”
