“No telephone number for customer service! Had to use webchat which was ok but not much good if you only have basic mobile and cannot contact them urgently!”
“It seems to be a very good value for money insurance policy for the price we had to pay with some additional free extras. Hopefully we will not need to claim on the policy so we will not know just how good / bad the policy is for the price that we paid”
