“The required list that I have to fill in in order to get your home insurance is very long winded but nonetheless recognised as required but unfortunately at the end of it all, it requires me to provide you with a mobile telephone number. This I do not have and it prevents me from taking out home insurance with you. I cannot understand why you insist on this when a more practical way which the majority of companies that I deal with will send me by e-mail a code. it is a pity that we can't do business because your price seems reasonable.”
