“Had a renewal quote from Saga that increased home insurance by about 40% and went online with confused.com to find the same product at less than I am paying today!! Saved £60 off my renewal price. I thought this had been outlawed. Really poor by Saga.”
“Much like their cruise administration, Saga's insurance administration also has its inconsistencies.
While purchasing this insurance I was offered a product document entitled "Saga Home Policy Select". Having completed the purchase I was given a document called "Saga-Home-Insurance-Essential-PolicyBook-CSBHM0014". When I queried this with Customer Service I was told they didn't control the website but what I had bought was the Select Policy.
It would be a good idea for Saga to sort this out.”
