“Not happy being kept waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes then being told that the person I got through too didn’t deal with new business instead of being put through I got a server and then call closed I again had to wait 30+ minutes to get a nice lady on the phone who very readily apologised for my problems but dealt with my new policy immediately.”
