“Very amusing, we went into our account and asked for a home insurance quote, this was extremely expensive. We then used Confused.com to look for the same insurance quotes. Confused.com found one from Saga that was £100 cheaper, so we decided to go for this and completed the transaction online. Received confirmation from Saga logged into our account and saw our new Home Insurance policy in place with the documents ready to download. Then a day after we received a further email from Saga giving us another quote for our home insurance which was dearer than the one we paid for. Lessons to be learnt here, take your time and it makes you wonder how Insurers are allowed to provide quotes that are so variant in price.”
