“When I FINALLY managed to reach somebody by phone I was told this wasn’t a renewal but a new policy because I didn’t opt for auto renewal!! Had I gone for auto renewal the price was about £50 dearer and the agent was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid - I’m not surprised you make it so difficult to speak to anybody. I did eventually manage to get a policy no. out of him so gather I’m insured currently without payment as you only have d/d details for my old policy???”
