“I was already with MBNA my renewal quoted £50 dearer than last year then l went on 3 different comparison sites and MBNA was the cheapest on all 3 sites. I Rang MBNA but they said l had to go through the comparison site to get that deal. Why as a valued customer couldn't they give me that price in the first place!!!”
