“I have had Mbna insurance before was OK. Biggest complaint is £750 non voluntary excess for a leak!!!!! In other words no cover at all for a leak, you're on your own. Even emergency cover, that increases your fee would still leave you on your own with a leak because who can afford £750? The only reasons I chose MBNA are because monthly payment didn't add to the price and price was low. Now I have to pray I don't get a leak. Totally unimpressed by that. Also didn't find out that excess until part way through the process and I didn't have time to start again with another insurer. Unlikely to renew with Mbna now that I know.”
