Contacted customer services by phone to query an item which appeared missed off schedule but told this was listed but kept confidential in case any unauthorised person viewed documents. Asked to increase value of said item and increased cost was ‘written off’ as under £5.

But of Cause you don’t know how good the company is until you need action from them. I hope I don’t need to make a claim, but the real test of an insurance company is how they respond to a claim. Thanks David”
