“Once policy bought, email arrived stating photographs & receipts were required within 14 days or cover lapsed, not requested prior to purchasing. The policy and written communications are very childish, their marketing is aimed at a very young audience. I have had home insurance for many years and have never been asked to send photographs/ reciepts for insured items. Also I do not want to download an app. Unfortunately, I subsequently cancelled policy and I am awaiting a full refund.”
