The documents were provided on-line, easy to access and download if required. Customer services sent a follow up email to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and that it covered my needs. This is all very well but the real test is when you unfortunately have to make a claim. Up to now I am well satisfied with my purchase and customer service.”
