“So far, poor. If they deliver the requested policy documents then I will change that rating "Ball in their court." Likewise below, if they provide the documents I will change the rating given. Similarly, there has not been any customer service so again for the time being 'poor'. So far there has not been any 'Communication' which means again 'poor.' If they provide the documents, deliver customer service and communicate these ratings could be changed.
