“Good product at a competitive price but a real faff getting in to the Quote me Happy site. Kept telling me that I had a current account and it couldnt match my entered e mail details with my password.
This went on over three days then suddenly it let me set up a new password and took my premium.
But I think most enquirers would have given up before then and gone elsewhere.
Confusingly the product said I would be charged £12 for each change I made on my policy on line but now I have placed the cover it says that changes I make are free.”
