“Never even knew PO had an insurance arm! I spotted their Gold Policy has the top (5-Star) Defaqto rating for cover & it's underwritten by Ageas (big Insurer). Compared cover with their competitors & 5-Stars seems to check out. Reviews on service were good & I tested it twice by making minor administrative tweaks shortly after buying their policy. I found PO have a UK Call Centre with the phone answered quite quickly by a PERSON not a call-queuing system. That service level will do for me. Hopefully I will never have to test their Claims service!”
