“Seems ok, hopefully nothing will happen & wont need to claim anything to find out otherwise, as the prices go up & no consideration these days for all premiums paid in comparison to lack of claims made, the funds dont add up & customers always pay more & more with no protection & don’t want to claim, we paid last one ourselves, but as some idiots sent people out without our consent & no claim requested, they had to pay their 3rd party who were far from expertise in their area, got multiple things including address & property information incorrect, caused no end of problems we got solicitors involved & overruled them, but we still had to process claim for work due to insurance having sent them to our property, wrong & no faith to claim with insurance only have it for my mums peace of mind, should there be worst case scenario, so hopefully not!”
