I had a house insurance with them before, but as the renewal was more expensive changed it to another insurance company last year, with very poor terms and conditions (e.g. After taking out the insurance received an email saying if I cancel within the legal 14 days, they charge you £45. admin!? , etc.). I have now changed back both my car and house insurances to AXA and am very happy with them.”
