“very good but I could not pay for it. I could not contact anyone because it was
about 5pm on a Saturday. I found on the Monday after a long wait trying to speak to someone to buy it that their internet/computer system had gone down. It would have been an easy experience otherwise I think but it was not. It was really difficult, frustrating and time consuming.”
