“I was given the price of £204 which stated would be held until mid night that same day. I had to leave my computer for 30 mins or so but when returning the session had expired. I couldn't get back to that quote so had to start again which resulted in an increased price of £212. I accepted this price as didn't want to spend more time, but was very frustrated and annoyed.”
