“Hastings were easy to contact and I believe an English call centre which is a big bonus these days, however to see your documents you have to have a computer. The only real way to see how good your insurance is, is by making a claim and I really don’t want to be in that position. My overall impression so far is good and having use Hastings for home insurance for the last 3 years is good value for the cover offered. I’ve must say I have not had the need to make a claim in that time.”
