“Hasting auto renewed my insurance but at nearly £200 more than the quote using confused. So I called them & cancelled it. Then took the cover using the app. The person who took my call at Hastings was lovely, very helpful, friendly & polite. Easy to cancel & take cover using the concussed app. But it does seem a bit mad that the price was so different!!
Feels like Hastings are just hoping people dont check their renewal price & let it auto renew & they get more money.
