“It's a con. They take/get your details, give you a better then anyone else price so you buy/pay....
Then they contact to say not enough info so they want a premium increase or you must pay a fee to cancel what you bought in good faith 24 hours earlier.
So the price I was quoted and paid in good faith (and honesty) was artificial, not true.
It was just a con to hook me in. If lack of info then don't quote or take peoples money in the first place.”
