“Offers good cover. I cannot tell how they respond to claims in general. Years ago, I called them when I was dismissed from work over dispute. They offered me to use the legal assistance cover that I already included on my insurance. They advised that their legal team would be happy to cover it if I present the case to them. However, I settled the case with the employer privately, so didn’t need to use the legal assistance.
I cannot tell how they respond on other claims.
Although, I haven’t use the customer service recently, it was very good in the past. So, I will just say acceptable.”
