“I made error in start date , amended quick and brought fwd when I phoned, but as also bought home emergency cover I had to phone actual company later. They would not amend date. Halifax gave me poor advice over this, I asked if I needed to cancel and rebook everything, they said no, but this is what emergency company said was the only way to change both and keep one renewal date. And the only way to pay for both was direct debit... which is only mentioned as you arrange payment.”
“Can’t review as an insurance provider as only signed up & policy not even implemented yet. That said, in competitive terms, their price/services were on par with other providers. Could have suggested a discount for account holders as an incentive.”
