“Would not allow payment by credit card as 'home emergency' was provided by a separate company and therefore only direct debit was acceptable (!). Also, compared with other companies some questions about property were odd. Did not acknowledge my application with an email ( as promised) so had to chase the company up to reassure myself that the insurance policy had been accepted. This is unacceptable from a nationwide company so in my opinion it doesn't warrant a 'defacto' 4 star rating.”
