“Had need to phone but was quoted a price about £25 more than an email quote I'd received. Took some time to sort out (I'd to forward my Halifax email and, for whatever reason, took some time to get through). Credit to the chap I spoke to - Nameed - but took the best part of an hour on the phone!”
