“Had a terrible time trying to finalise payment. Every time I minimised the screen in order to get the "one-time pass code number", I'd lost the minimised Admiral screen. This happened time after time. I finished up totally frustrated, and ended up phoning Admiral direct. This finished up in further time-wasting question and answer, before I finally made payment direct to the agent. THIS SHOULD BE LESS CUMBERSOME.”
“Had big problems on the site when it came to pay gor it, wouldn't allow it. Tried ringing them a few times, each time I got through to automated chat, then when it was being put through to a caller each time, the other person put phone down didn't even speak to me. Ended up doing online chat saying I wasn't happy, and somebody rang me back and got it sorted.”
